I’ve had lead roles in treasury functions including banking relations, financial statement preparation, and cash management with oversight of various corporate entities and partnerships.
With expertise in the set up and development of finance departments I have been directly responsible for the revamping and set-up of accounting functions in manufacturing operations transitioning from legacy to current technologies.
I’ve assisted distressed or highly leveraged companies with supplier negotiations, asset sales, and all phases of company structurings and re-structurings.
Most recently I was Senior VP, Finance, and a Director of Ironstone Media Corporation, headquartered in Pickering, Canada. I have a BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
I reside in Toronto, Canada, where I am working on my first novel.
